At the request of the Most Excellent Lord Socrates B. Villegas, the Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan, with this letter given on the first day of the month of January 2018, by virtue of the power of the faculties peculiarly granted by the Supreme Pontiff Francis to this Congregation, We very willingly grant that the popular statue of the Blessed Virgin together with the figure of the Holy Infant Our Lord Jesus Christ venerated under the title of Mary Help of Christians at the seminary of the archdiocese in the town of San Fabian, Pangasinan, under the name and authority of the same Holy Pontiff, the Mary Help of Christians may be crowned with the precious diadems.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary.
